The Company donates the Panels to qualifying §501(c)(3) public charities whose clinical partners put them to their charitable use.
Each Member’s allocable share of the resulting charitable deduction is reported on a Schedule K-1, with the substantiation the Code requires.

The Panel is one unitized 50-Gene Hereditary Cancer Risk Assessment Product consisting of the Collection Kit, the Included Logistics, and the associated one-time Panel Fulfillment Rights, intended to be acquired, owned, held, valued, and transferred together as one commercial unit. Its analytical component, the 50-Gene Assay, is a saliva-based laboratory-developed test that identifies certain inherited germline variants that may be associated with elevated risk for specified cancers.
